Charging me and calling delinquent a book I returned

I was sent a book on fitness that I did not order, nor want. I returned it within the allotted time. I was encumbered with the incovenience and expense of return mailing. Now I am being repeatedly billed as delinqquent on these items. I have tried to contact, but the phone menu is a loop offering only payment options which I do not intend to do.
