In my case the companion was my bank... They never miss an opportunity to "feed" on me.
Since First Merit acquired my bank about 5 or 6 years ago, I have given up something in the neighborhood of 2,000 dollars. I let them close my account, I will never do business with them again. They are suing me for unpaid charges. Screw em.
