After trying to Refinance our Home, and asking for a payoff, we were told that we had $19,000 in unpaid fee's, When checking our past statments, and checks, we found that we paid exactly what our statment was printed as the monthly payment. We were told that they do not have to tell us about the fee's. We didn't have a contract with Litton, they had bought the Loan from the Originator. Hidden Fee's, and Dishonest!
