Called Data Line Credit to discus an incorrect filing with the Credit Reporting Agencies i, e; Experian, Equifax, Trans-Union. The credit reporting should have been against my son's credit who is a Jr. Front line representative was very rude, condescending and belligerent.
Tried to find out how to correct reporting. Lady stated I will always have this problem and that i needed to work this out with my son.
When I asked her what I needed to work out with him she become very rude and stated you need to pay your bills and promptly hung up on me.
How and why any company would want someone like her representing is way beyond my comprehension.
