It is not what is says there are different fees for what ever state you live in and you can only use the card for there online merchandise i ask what the fee was for the us and the person did not even know he said will have to look it up the charge from 79.95 to 89.95 fee then they want to charge you 14.95 month for service fee they are full of bullsh*t.
