I received this letter a couple of days before the due date of Friday, December the 28th 2007. When i attempted to call the 1-866-892-6932 number it would disconnect you as soon as it rang once. The 1-514-572-9536 number always claims that the circuits are busy to try again later. The letter i received goes as this:

The system indicates that your name was randomly selected through a computerized ballot system as a winner for the 2007 sweeptakes draws. Congratulations! All participants were selected through a computerized ballot system drawn from Readers Digest, Publishers Clearing House, Online Sweeptakes, Internet games etc..
A sponsors check of Three Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty - five dollars ($3,325.00) USD is hereby enclosed to assist you in financing your international clearance fee. For authorizing and processing of your prize, please contact your North American agent Richard Wentworth, upon receipt of this letter, at toll free number 1-866-892-6932 or local number 1-515-572-9536. Your winnings must be claimed no later that Friday, December 28th by 700pm.
Your name is attached to claim number "*-*-*" We ask that you keep your claim number confidentially secured until your claim is processed and funds remitted as this is part of our security protocol.
