I wanted a free credit report so I got online and ordered one. Now today I looked at my bank account and I am being charged $29.95 and so I called them. I spoke to 3 people and they referred me back to my bank - a supervisor. Another one said it must have been a glitch in the system and referred me to a supervisor and the 1st one spoke as if she had been well trained by people like me. They obviously get calls all the time and she said it was my fault that I clicked on this or that.
Then the 2nd one said well it must have been a glitch in the system because 3 screens were supposed to pop up for you to authorize and see what you are getting which nothing like this happened. I am so mad and I told her I would never work for such a crooked company and that she knew they were crooked - this was the last lady I spoke to.
They are all trained to turn it around on the consumer saying its your fault, you clicked on the button the authorize it&that's an outright lie. What a scam. I told her she should find another job because these people are not going to be in business in 6 mo from now.in America this type of thing is not legal.internet scam.
