Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I recieved a telephone call from a telemarketer for first capital. They stated that they were offering a Visa card with an automatic $2000 on it to people with poor credit.

I reiterated several times that I was interested in the card ONLY, and if there were any other promotions involved, I was not interested. I verified several times, that it was in fact a visa, with the credit limit guaranteed, and they again and again stated yes.

When I got the package, not after the 7-10 days as promised, I got it 3 months later. It was a package of garbage info, and no visa. After numerous calls that were not returned, I finally spoke to a supervisor who stated I was "misunderstood". I was just getting information to "apply" for the visa.

I demanded my money back, and they hung up on me!!!
