My son leased Honda Accord from International Motors in Colorado Springs. He is paying 290.00 a month and it is supposed to be paid off in March.
KMI financial told him he needs to pay another 2700 plus a 250 fee to keep the car or they are going to take it back. Today they told him if he goes to the car lot and signs another contract he can make payments on 2700 and 250 and pay it with interest.
We were just wondering if they could do this.
This car is not worth 8,000.00.
