Illegally obtained information and withdrew funds from account with no authorization

Claiming to be an investigator, Bill Stewart, harassed and intimidated me about an alleged loan my ex-spouse defaulted on. Now a fraud suit had been filed in the county in which I live, so I had better make a judgement payment on this loan, since allegedly the loan was secured when we were still married.

All lies to force my hand in to giving information to them. I was to receive a confirmation and validation of this loan, which I never received. I phoned Investigator Stewart back and told him I do not authorize any payment towards this alleged loan.

So, two weeks down the road, Graham Noble & Associate took funds from my account electronically. When I phoned them and told them to credit my account, they flat out said take us to court and hung up.

I have filed complaints with FTC and the attorney general. The internet is full of complaints on this company, unbelievable scum of the earth. They should be run out of town.
