On October I was in need of some extra cash. I somehow found global financials website and applied. I opened a loan with them borrowing @$265.00.
I have been paying them $35.00 every two weeks for the past 15 months. So far a total of $1125.00. I called them one time to discuss the amount I have
been paying them and they told me simply that I agreed to their terms.
The funny thing now is I just called them to get their address so I could fill out this report (of course I didn't tell them why I wanted it) and they would not give it to me.instead he asked me for my social. I said why should I give you my social when you won't give me just your address!? He said if you have a loan with us your social is your account #. So I asked him if there was another way he could look for my account? He said yes, give me your full name and the last 4 numbers of your social. I did and he said I did not have an account with them. I told him this was awfully funny since they manage to take money from my account biweekly. He said there was nothing on file and hung up. NOw my problem is can I get back the money they "stole" from me and if so HOW!?
