I applied for a loan via lendingtree.com about 4 months ago. 3 months ago there was a deposit into my account in the ammount of 300.00$ I did not approve any loan I did not give this company (Geneva Roth Capital) my social security or banking information and when I called 1 of there 3 different numbers they told me that they could not take this money back and that I would have to make the payments to fulfill this loan. When I asked how they obtained my information they told me that they did not have to give me this information. When I told them that I would stop payment on this fraudulent loan they told me that they have my social security number and can debit any one of my credit card accounts or my savings account. To date I have made 7 payments of 90.00 (630.00) of the original 300.00 that was put into my account. I have had my checking account changed now and again they direct debited my account. I also just recieved another e-mail from them saying that they are about to debit another 90.00 from my account.
