Jeremy was able to get a lot of people in homes but some of them might be looking at Foreclosure. Some of the lease options homes that became vacant where re leased to new people at a discount. Thier payments they are making do not cover the house payments the investors are paying.in those cases Jermey was suppose to pay the balance. That is not happening anymore. Jeremy does not have the money to even pay the rent on his office let alone pay on the cut rate rent payments.
In my case Jermey was able to buy me and my family a house. We paid the mortgage payments every month directly to his property manager. The owner never recieved any of the payments. I did not know this until today when opened the mail and discovered my house in now in forclosure. We are one of the lucky ones. I found us a brand new home and we are moving.
