Credit card ripoff offered to struggling college student

I was struggling to pay for the small priavte school owned & ran by the hospital. I recieved an offer in the mail for a $10,000 credit limit for annual membership fee of $37. I figured it would be a great way to help pay for school, books, and still have money for my other bills. Well I kept watch on my bank account, well the check i wrote went through the bank & was deducted from my account. I waited 10 busness days to see if the card came, it didn't so looked them up on the internet & automated machine came on & said it would take up to 30 days so i waited some more. About two and a half months later still wondering. Go to look them up again & i got this website.
