National Benefit Exchange is supposed to be a company that helps you rebuild your credit by offering you a secured credit card that you have to pay $200 to receive, with a credit limit of $6000.00. They are rude when you confront them on the phone and tell you that they have you on a recording saying that you authorized the ACH deduction from your bank account. And, basically you have no proof that you didn't receive your credit card if they say that they sent it. They told me to "take it up" with the post office. Please, do they think because they duped me that I'm a complete idiot.
Well, I have news for them. It does matter if they don't deliver on their promises. I have filed a Fraudulent Complaint Form at my local bank and I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau for their county. I am also filing a formal complaint with my state's banking regulation's office, as well as, any federal banking authority that may need to be contacted.
I have more time on my hands than they do and the tenacity to stay on them until they relent.
I would like to see a class action lawsuit filed against them. I would be interested in obtaining information on how to start the lawsuit.
