I first read the agreement forms that were sent to me. I decided that I didn't want to order the computer from BlueHippo. I found a brand new Dell Computer with updated software for less. I told them I read and understood that a $175 cancelation fee would be charged. Also since i called at the end of May around the 29th the next payment was due for June. I understood that they would be withdrawing that payment from my account also.
BlueHippo never experienced any problems with my account to withdraw the $79.98 every two weeks. However, I have called at least twice a month after July 15th tp inquire about my refund. Everytime I call it's a differnt story. Waiting for approval from management, it's been approved but not management has the account, I should receive the $908.76 in my account seven to ten days. Ms. Joiner if have us escalate the account that will delay your refund. Send a fax complaint.
You can only speak to a customer service representative who reads the screens that's all. It appears that the management team does not talk with customers. I just want and need my money. This is ridiculous to take peoples money and not honor the contract agreement.
