Risidual Savings
With drew money from my debit card

Risidual savings used my debit card number for a point of sale. I have Never heard of this company! My bank said they were from Deleware. Thats all the address I have, and she gave me a Phone Number to call, however There is no way to reach any one at that number. So now I have to get a new card.
