Fairbanks does not send me statements they charge me late fees at the tune of 142.29 others have been as high as 300. Oo without notifing me.
They state that the have sent me 3 demand letters which they charged me for but they have no record of these since they were to be sent certified mail only.
They cashed a thousand dollar check, which caused my checking account to be overdrawn.
They refuse to let me speak with a supervisor, i have been hung up on called names and lied to.
THEY STATED THEY WOULD CREDIT MY BAnk account within 2 buss. Days it has been 4 and still no transaction has occured.
I have been charged with attorney fees for forclosure proceedings which have never been filed in my county. I will gladly join efforts to shut this company down!!!
