They send 2 emails one for smart savings, with one id#, and another privacy matters123 with another id@ when you try to cancel they ignore you and wont except my input 3 to discuss the emails i received, when i press 5 for canceling their phone service goes off. I have tried about 8 or more times and the same thing happens, and i sent an email which they totally ignored yet they send me emails thanking me for taking their service and am billing my credit card for something i did not authorize. And was never able to use the trial period. They are deceiving people with the way they are advertising, i think they are a scam and unethical.
