Below, I have included the actual Better Business Bureau report which this company says doesn't exist. I called them when I recieved their First National Card in the mail offering me $6500 dollars in credit to use to purchase products through their shopping network. Of course, being suspicious of this sort of thing, I looked it up on usacomplaints.com and low'n'behold, lots of folks have been ripped off by these con'sters. I asked the lady on the phone if they had a record through BBB or other complaint sites and she insisted, "No, not us, we are on the up and up and we're not even a member of the BBB.
Well, when I confronted her about the report I was looking at on my computer screen as we spoke, a man came on the line and tried to convince me that I was looking at the wrong company and if I took the time to check it out further, I would loose out on my $200 dollar discount they were offering. I asked to see one of their merchant books to see if I would even be interested in their products and they said "Sorry we don't send them to non-members. Also telling me that if I gave them my credit card information and checking account iformation, they would be glad to send me a catelog in two weeks...
Be careful. This company, according to the report below, has had to change their company name — and this makes me believe, they have been a scam for a very long time. If you will notice, they have plenty of phone numbers and an actual address on Sarhara Ave, in Las Vegas. Of course, if you know about Las Vegas, that address is simply a drop box... Along with their p.O. Box... They were pretty P. Sst when I caught them lying. Don't let them take you. I didn't... I actually got a laugh out of this one. I am sending them the report that doesn't exist!!! Lol

Membership allows the consumer to purchase products through the Capital Credit Alliance shopping network.
