Ripped off my checking account for 320.00 without my knowledge or consent

I was ripped of by Geneve Roth for $320.00 from my checking account without my knowledge or consent. I was treated rudely on the phone. They claim i had a loan with them which i never did. They said they would not return my money. I will find them and turn them over to the bbb and the attorney general of the state they are located in.
