I, too, was taken by this so called "repair your credit" business. When I couldn't come up with the $199.95 they requested in order to receive a credit card, I called and cancelled. Two days later the money was taken from my account. This action caused over $200.00 in bounced check fees.
When I finally got thru to someone regarding my checking account, they told me to fax over my bank statements with all the bounced check charges that incurred from their rip-off actions. They said that once they received that they would refund my money and compensate me for the charges from my bank.
A week went by and still nothing. So I called again. This time they told me that the package had already been sent out to me, therefore, they could not refund my money until they received the package back. AND, that I wouldn't be receving the package for at least 2 WEEKS! I sent back their FED-EX package certified mail on Sept. 19, and I have yet to hear anything from this LYING, THIEVING COMPANY!!!
Is there anyone out there who can help me get these SOB'S and make them pay back all the money they have stolen from me and any other victims?
