Me and my wife were solicited online by this company to help build our credit, by applying for their credit card. We made the mistake of checking the autopay box.
Since applying for this card they have been hitting our checking account regularly and have caused us to bounce checks for critical services necessary to maintain our home.
Upon cancelling one account they promptly opened two more and continued hitting our checking account. It has caused us to accrue almost 2,000 dollars in past due debt.
When we discovered this we immediately contacted our bank and told them to send no more payments to these people.
Then we tried to contact the company and it appears this company has disappeared. The phone that no one answers because all agents are busy at this time, or the online sight to apply for the card that has completely disappeared.
We would like to recieve the 248.97 a month for three months that they hit our account plus 200 dollars in bounced check charges to be returned to us so that we can stop the debt collectors from removing our home.
