Rbc centura has in the last three months taken from my account in excess of 3000.00 in overdraft, nsf, reentry fee's. Letting tranactions come through when account alreadt in the negative. I have spoken to several different people including the local branch manager about this and other charges not authorized by me, and was told it was not the bank's error? Who's error they are making tons of money on hard working people by overdrafting their account and charging mountains of fees and will not budge to reverse.
In a last and final attempt I am going back to branch today, if I don't get any assisstance I will have to call the local news and consult an attorney.
I am now because of this late on house payment, car payment, and most of all of the bills every deposit goes towards overdraft fee's. Why don';t they decline a transaction if an account will go into a negative balance?
