B.I. G LIMITED LOANS, What a joke. Please read what i am about to write on these bums and what they are doing and what you can expect from them as we speak. I took out a simple $200.00 loan on october 25th, agreed to pay the one time processing fee of $30. Every payday (2 weeks), the first payment was $80, next $75, $65, $60 = $280.. That's fine.
Now i look on my bank statement and these crooks are still taking money from my account. I called the number above and juanita answered, so i told her my last payment has been over with and she say's oh no you agreed to pay doube the oan back in the phone conversation we had on oct 25th, i said a verbal agreement over the phone, no written contract. She says no, i said how much do i owe, she said $255.00. I said WHAT! Why the hell would i agree to pay double of what i borrowed? She said well thats the deal, and i said like hell it is! I asked for her first name again and she said i don't have to give it to you, i said oh yes you do but remebered it was juanita so she said whatever have anice day and hung up! Now this is what to do, call the BBB in reno @ 1-775-322-0657, they will send you the complaint form, send it back and B.I. G has 30 days to respond which they won't, be patient... Go to your bank and request a federal regulation E form to reverse the charges on these bastards, who are a bunch of immagrants sitting in a room in the desert not a suite illegally entering bank accounts for profit even after the loans are paid off!!!
You have 60 days to file the charge at the bank and do not take no for an answer the bank must, can and will reverse the charges and have to change your account #. If the bank says no tell them you are meeting with the media later today if they do not do it and call the banking commision in your state as well. Do not let B.I. G LTD rob you another dime, trust me do this quick before its to late!
