Today december 26 I received from TRS recovery Service also (Telecheck) a cupon to paid again a check that already been paid by electronic found transfer. On November 26 I paid with my personal cheking account and one of my kids got sick and hospitalize and I didnt deposit the same day. On november 27 next day the electronic fund enter to my account the amount was $82.78 made to Wal-mart. The money was not available at the moment, I did not do it on purpose.

But on december 21 they try again to withdraw the $82.78 and everything pass with sucess, know today I received a letter from them but the problems is the phone they have in the letter does not work from: Puerto Rico, I call my bank to request a certify letter and they will be writing this letter for me to send this letter to them.

Now is very hard for me to contact them by phone to let them know before I send the letter to them that this electronic found transfer was complete on december 21.

I dont want them to try again the electronic Fund Tranfer. How can I stop them if they ignore my documentation?
