I myself have been scammed from credit solution america on sept 21.
I called them and they said i would recieve a credit line up to $4000.00 and i had to pay $199.95 and have 0% apr up until 2003.
After that it would go up to 6%apr fixed rate. Also i would recieve coupons for grocery's and a free camera which would make up the 199.95 i spent.
I told the representive of this company deashly mcintosh that i wanted to speak to my fiance before i could make this rash decision and she told me that the nexr person that called would get my offer and if i called back later my offer no longer existed and i would have to pay a higher apr. So me not thinking i said go ahead and take the money from my checking.
Well on september 24 i got to thinking and i thought i would pull the company up on computer to only find out other people are being scammed and so was i.
I called my bank and had a stop payment on the check. And to only find out they did indeed take my checking account # but they were taking it out as an ach automated debit so therefor if i hadnt found that out they would of recived there $199.95
But to my prevail i had it stopped before they could get there money thank god... These people really need to be stopped for once and they all can go to hell!
