About 2 years ago I was thinking I would never own my own home due to my credit but my wife worked on it and finally got it looking better.
We found this house that we thought for sure would never be in our reach, but we called the Realtor (Judy Rooker) anyway and she gave us the name of J.J. Hester and Randall mortgage. We never met J.J. Face - to-face. He never gave us any papers on what our loan would be exactly. All we had was his word of mouth and what he supposedly told our Realtor. Everything looked good our loan was suppose to be fixed for about $800/month tops and the closing costs were to be no more than $3000 because we paid for the Appraisal and Survey out of pocket. Well closing comes up and we have already terminated our lease at our rental home and we have already started cleaning and renovating our new home and J.J. Was not there but some other guy and our Realtor was there only at the end. The loan was now starting $1325.13/month and an ARM and they added in $8000 in closing costs to us and to the Seller and charged us again for the Appraisal and survey and about $9000 more was somehow missing from the Seller and it wasn't accounted for as Realtor fees or anything else.
We have a lawyer working on this and he is not working to fast and my wife got ill and lost her job so we only have one income and since the loan has been sold 3 times we have been unable to keep the $ going to the correct place and on time. HSBC now has the loan and they didn't bother to mention to us earlier that we could have filed for hardship help a long time ago, but thay didn't until about 2 months ago and now our home is going to be foreclosed on putting us and our kids out on the street. This is due to their negligence of not telling us sooner about the possibility of getting the Hardship and now I may lose my family too because of the stress it has us under. Where is the real help and why can these Bastards get away with this?
