I applied for a loan with cash call 8 months ago. I had recently been going through major financial hardship due to being hit by a drunk driver and getting stuck with all my medical bills and regular bills. I needed to move out of my place and needed a loan. Cash Call was the only place that approved me. They seemed very understanding and willing to help me out.
I have made my minimum payments (through automatic withdrawals from my bank) since I got the loan to the present. I recently called to see what the pay off on my loan would be. The pay off is at more than I borrowed. Not even 100 dollars has gone to my principal. I have paid well over $1,000.00 on my loan already.
When I realized I will end up paying 2-3 times more than I borrowed I started looking online for reviews on Cash Call. I ran into this site. After reading all the reports on here I have to wonder, what if all the people on here who have gotten loans just stopped paying cash call? What then? Would they go after every single person legally? I am completely overwhelmed with all of this I have just learned in regards to my loan. I never imagined it would get me into more financial hardship.
I am still trying to recover from my accident financially and now I have to face the fact that I am stuck with this loan that has outstanding and absolutely ridiculously high interest rates for 5 years at the rate I am going and able to pay.
