Robert In Collections Rude, unreasonable, used family members names they should not have, telling me to borrow money from people

I was trying to make payment arrangments with this company and they told me it wasn't good enough. They told me to borrow money from my mother and my sister whom they had the names of, and shouldn't.

I asked to be put in the voice mail of the guy who handles my case and they said it wasn't going to happen. I was on sick leave most of this year and was explaining that I was trying to play catch up and they wanted to contact my employer which I responded no too. He said it did not matter he was going to do it anyway, he didn't need my permission.

He wanted to know why I couldn't borrow money from these family members and why I didn't get paid when I was on sick leave. This man's name was Robert whom worked with Eric who is the one who usually handles my case.

I had to change my phone number, because they would start callingif my payment was 3 days late, and call at least 10 times a day.
