I was reviewing my account online and saw a unauthorized charge i immediately contacted them via phone, sent a fax, and followed up with a letter, they informed me they would not release the funds but still did it was in the amount of 315.27. Upon the dispute they said it would take approx. 10 days and i would have the money put back into my account. When i called to verify where the money was they told me it was going to take 4-6 weeks or i would have to call the vendon myself to get the funds back sooner. They had already told me they were not going to release funds as i caught the error immeditely. They still released it and i was stopped from xmas shopping for my two older children and they did not even seem to care about that. I was also told there were no fees attached to this prepaid credit card it was my money i loaded as i chose so no fees that was another lie. I have been struggling to get this money back for over a week now and i am furious i have contacted the vendor, the customer service and the corporate office and all they due is push you off to someone else constantly... They are the biggest rip off company i have come across in my entire life... They also cotinu to say that we are sorry for all the misinformation you have been given but this is not getting me my money back... Please help...
