On 9/8/07, I forwarded a Rebate Form & copies of bills for windows purchased at Home Depot and installed in my home at the above address with a request for Michael Dunn to fill in and sign the bottom half of the enclosed form and to then forward it to GasNetworks Energy Star Windows in a self-addressed envelope that I enclosed for him to mail to them.
By today, I've not obtained a refund check from GasNetworks Energy-Star and that I am also delivering them a contact regarding this issue.
Please talk with Michael Dunn to determine if he did actually complete the refund form after which shipped it to GasNetworks within the cover addressed for them that I'd surrounded for his comfort.
