Telecheck, Even though I had ample money in my acount, they denied my check and froze my account

Yesterday should have been one of the happiest days of my life and instead it turned in to a total nightmare! I was shopping with my daughter and her bridemaid for the perfect wedding dress and we found it. I went to pay for it with a check from my US Bank Equiline acount and even though it had several thousand dollars in it and I wrote the check for less than $600.00 my check was denied. So I wrote one out of my personal checking account from the our Credit Union which had ample money in it too and that was denied.

To make matters worse they have now froze my acount for six days! I was never so embarrassed or humiliated in my life. They ruined our beautiful day and with no just cause. I do not have any history of writing bad checks. I tried calling the company and it is all automated and impossible to talk to real person.

Can anyone please stop this compay from ruining peoples lives!
