Unauthorized charges!

I had gotten a call from a company offering me a discount on magazines they had all my account information... Never received a magazine but got an add in the mail for WC Value Plus... Started seeing charges on my account that I had no idea about. Never received a promised gift card and called to cancel but never got a confirmation number. Don't trust either of these people, its a rip off!
