Greetings, I have been called by people representing Pinnacle Finance. They are asking for someone who does not live here. I have asked them 3 times to stop calling me.
They call early in the morning, late at night and even on Sundays. When I say that person does not live here and they have the wrong number, they become very rude and start asking me questions, like I know something. This has got to stop. The main question they ask me is, "Then how did we get this number". How am I suppose to know!
I have asked them to stop calling 3 times. This is not working. Do I call the nuisance call bureau, an attorney or who.
I have seen on other reports something about a cease letter being sent to them. I will try that. But if that does not work, I am not sure what to do. I have tried blocking their calls, but they use different numbers.
