Yes, I used the loan service, Yes, I repaid them via ACH automatically through my checking account.
They continue deducting my checking account even after I faxed them a detailed letter with the banking amount showing the $210.00 over deduction. They will not call me back. They have no direct phone number for me to call them.
This is a nightmare to stop, because they change the amount from $50, $60 $75 dollars so I can't stop payment, because the amount has to be exact...
I'll have to close my long standing account because that is the only way to stop them. Needless to say, I have written the National Arbitration Forum listed to assist me. Let's hope they are alegitimate organization.
