Usa credit STOLE 149.99 from my account california nationwide

I received and email from usa credit stating i was pre approved for a line of credit. I filled out the information to verify how much i could be approved for. Next thing i know i have a charge for 149.99 that i did not approve. And they took it 3days before thanksgiving. Do not trust this company
