Recently I have tried and tried to work a solution with HSBC bank because they decided to let checks clear with no money in my account again. I know I was the dumb one for going back with them but I needed an account at the time. Now they have put a freeze on my savings account which is hold my last weeks pay check. I have called numerous times trying to work something out with them to get my money so that I could make a payment on my account. So now I face them putting me in chex systems and probably marking up my credit report and possibly doing what ever they feel like to me. So I am at a loss I am trying to do well by trying to pay my account with my money, although the bank is giving me the run around. I know they are trying to force to give up my whole paycheck and record my conversation saying that. That is so if I sever sued for garnishing my wages with out a court order they would just bring up the recorded call and probally throw me in jail or something I don't know. I would have thought about contacting an attorney although that will probably cost me more money, or my state banking department. Although every time I call some one like the attorney general or state banking department, or OCC they always say they could not help me because it is written in there disclosure.
