Misleading advertisement, never got the package promised to be sent

I answered an ad of At Home Publishing from Home Business Magazine. Sent them my $40 check 2 weeks ago, and so far I haven't gotten any materials from them. Saw my online bank statement and the check I sent them has been cashed 1 week ago. Days before I've found some articles on scam.com and usacomplaints.com.Com on this company and those weren't nice articles. I would like my money back ASAP. If anyone's doing some investigation on this company, please include me as one of the victims.
