I was sucked in by ING's new online savings 4.3% savings account. They told me how in just a few days I would me able to easily access my money and move it to other accounts as needed, instantly, (via the net or by phone). It's been nearly a month since they took my money and I still can't access my account. They finally gave me a pin number and it doesn't work. When I call to get my money, they say the system will not allow them to do it until I activate my pin number. My pin number will not "activate" - they know this - but we keep going round and round. Meanwhile, my money is being held hostage.
Don't put your money in ING Direct / Orange acounts!
