For the past 3 months I have been getting a call from a woman named Jordan. She never says who she is calling for when she leaves a message. All she does indicate is that the call is regarding some reinstatement. I have no idea what she is talking about. When I call to inquire, I am forwarded to a gentleman who then refuses to tell me why they are calling because neither my name or the number they keep calling is listed in his "system". I have asked what the company is and he refuses to tell me. I ask what they could possibly be calling me for and he refuses to tell me. When I ask to speak to Ronda, I am told I can not speak to her, that she has called on this gentlemans behalf.
The calls have now become an everyday occurance. They are calling me on my home office phone now, but have called in the past on my home phone. I have demanded that they take me out of their calling loop and have indicated that if they do not, I will seek legal action. I received another call today.
Please tell me what I can do to stop this harassment. I am not trying to get any credit reinstated, I do not have any collection accounts, there is no reason that this collection agency should be calling me.
