Hey I was looking for a home loan! I went to alot of different sites and fill out alot of papers such as "Lending Tree" and some other companies! One day I got an e-mail telling me I was approved!
I called the lady and she was really nice and she told me I was approved I needed a 3500 sercuity deposit! She needed me to western union her the money! Well this was my first online loan! I pay all my bills on line but this was my first loan! I felt weird so I asked her about 5 or 6 times was this the real deal and she told me yes and asured me that my funds would be available in 6-8 hours!
I did not have all the money so I had to borrow so of it! I borrowed it from my mom who hates on line stuff! My mom talked to the lady and the lady told her they were a real company and have never had any complaits well before we sent the money I came online to check everything out and there were no reports on here and none at the BBB!
SO Like a Dumby I go ahead and send the money! Guess what she said that the company that approved me needed 1000 more dollars I started crying and she said that the lady that approved my 3500 deposit was not a senior member and so on and sent me more paper work and la da da da da! I borrow yet another 1000 because everything in amy account was going to bounce if I did not get that money! And like I said before I could not find nothing bad!
Well The lady told me before I sent the lst 1000 that the funds had already been released they were just on hold! That when I paid it the funds would be avaible right then! Well they weren't
I called and called for a week! I get online and there were 2 of these complaints but using a different number! So I still had a little hope! Then when I finally got her on the phone she said they needed a 3000 deposit for the insurance! By this time with all my fees from the back were up to over 600 dollars So here I am losing my mind I told her to send the money to me right away western union them back! She said she can't! Well I call and call she tells me it will be 7-14 day refund in the mail! A week goes by I call to get a trackiong number on my refund I can't get her to answer the phone so I get a friend of mine that works for a lawyer to check things out! She call Mrs. White and all Mrs. White can say is how did you get this number! How did you get this number! Well I call back to see if she would answer and she picks up the phone starts hollering at me and tells me she is not playing mind games I could call the BBB a lawyer or what ever that she would tell them a refund had been issued and she hung up in my face!
Me not believeing this! Me playing mind games I am in a whole my lights and phone have been cut off and I can't get her to answer the phone! I have a four year old that I love dearly and don't know what to do! IF anyone was playing mind games it was her! SO I get back on line only to find more of this reports and it has now been three weeks and no refund! So please be careful! I don't want this to happen to any of you!
I don't know what I am going to do! And I don't wish this feeling on anyone!
I lost the 4500 I sent to them! My checking account closed at a $-1500 balance and I have bad over $750 worth of bad checks and store fees and my neigherhood stores! NO lights, NO phone, and my back wall has finally fell off the back of the house! (that is why I needed the loan in the first place) And I owe my mom $2000
I am an assitant teacher and after my taxes and insurance comes out that is more than I make bring home in a full year!!!
