This company is totally a ripoff. I found thier number in the Creative Loafing magazine in Atlanta. Then I called them to request info on receiving a loan. After a couple of days I got a return call from a Denise at the USA Lending Center. She sent me a contract after we discussed that based on my credit I needed to provide insurance or collateral for the loan amount of $3000.00. So I said ok knowing I have less than perfect credit. I sent $545.00 to someone in Alberta, Canada through Moneygram. Just like everybody else. Then after not recieveing my money in 2 hours to my bank account, I called. Denise told me that I needed to send another $409.00 because they ran my credit again and some new things popped up. I told them forget it and send me my money back. I knew it was a scam right after that. She sent me to another man in another so-called dept and he said I would get a refund within 35-45 business days. Although it has only been 30 business days after researching them throught the BBB in atlanta and nebraska, findind out they are using some other businesses address, and their number being disconnected after one month of sending my money, i cannot believe i did something so stupid. They have really got me. And after reading this website I am even more pissed that they have ripped off more people for alot more money. There has got to be something we can do. Thanks to another posting, I got thier new number and called. It was the same guy who talked to me one more than one month ago. I really need my money back. If i could afford to waste 545.00, I wouldnt have needed the 3000.00 loan.
If anyone prosecutes or is able to sue these people, I am willing and ready to provide support, evidence and witness. I am also going to work on finding out who to talk to about getting my money back.
