"Credit Helper" (ha) received $219 on July 7th this year for my weaked bank account and promised to send a "packet" (overnight) the following Monday. Well, 2 months later, several phone calls (you better be able to wait 20-40 minutes to speak to informative/useless employees), and broken promises, NOTHING!!!
Poor service, incompetent employees and as far as I'm concerned, a scam to those who are already down and out and desperate to establish credit when nobody else would help out. IT'S OK—Screw the poor.
