I'm a merchant trying to make a bit of money with my webhosting company, and have been using Nova's service to accept credit cards. I was introduced through their Costco program, and somewhat enjoyed my time with them. Over my time with them, I was told "Lies" by their agents over the phone, and deceived many times. The most recent case was with a chargeback "*". I was told by TWO of their service agents that my response was perfect, and that I've WON the chargeback. One of their agents even told me that the chargeback was invalid due to the time frame. I have written down the names of the agent in case I need to use it in the future.
I got a notice a few days ago about the same chargeback saying I had to now bring it to Arbitration, or lose the money. I'm extremely disappointed with their service now, and the lies I'm continuously provided with. I've lost all my trust and respect in Nova. Their managers are rude, and don't give a crap about the end customers. Can I remind you, that any business will FAIL without customers? I don't think I'll be keeping my merchant account when my contract ends, and will be WARNING my friends who are nova-prospects about this... Shame on you Nova!
