Three times, we've tendered payment to get a revolving loan in a PNC department, and three times, PNC has didn't credit the cost. Every time, I obtain harassing telephone calls from the selection supply of PNC. Yesterday, after I informed the collection company that people settled in the department, and had a bill, she "described" in my experience that it's my problem, not PNC Bank's problem. She described that it's not the job of PNC to find what occurred in the department. After I informed her that by spending PNCis broker (the department), PNC became accountable. She was rude and spoke "over" me, informing me that I had been saying myself.
This should be a brand new plan to create late fees.By not crediting the consideration, and accusing the client for that department dropping the cost, they are able to cost the client a late charge.
