They never gave me my refund back and they was saying that its getting processed Airzona

I was a member of this company and there was some money issues and i was not able to pay so i canceled within the period of time in order for me to get my money back and i kept calling and they were telling me the same thing that its being process and that it will be here in couple of weeks. Well that was 4-3 months ago and now im calling and i cant get ahold of anyone..
