I had started facing the real truth about the adjustable mort. That my broker/lender did not explain endepth. When i was ready to (refi) homecomings did everything in there power to screww my credit up such as falsely docing late payment while in the mean time the where telling me they didnt (refi) thu there company but yet in some paperwork i i have from them i found a (800)# for a refinance / new loan dept.By the time i found this its way to late well every payment i had been making was going into escro i tried endlessly to come to an agreement but im exhausted and have recieved my forclosure papers from homecomings attorneys and am packing for THE MOVE thats a whole other story finding home at this time with some may home owners faceing the devistation GOD BLESS ANYONE FACEING THIS SITUATION!
