My husband and I had an Auto loan with Wells Fargo, we decided to pay it off early, mailed the check, when 3 weeks passed and my check hadn't cleared, so we called the next day, low and behold it hit my bank account, but a week after that, never hit the wells fargo account, so after MANY, MANY phone calls later, long story short, I am having to waste my time to try and find my money, everyone is rude, you cannot talk to the same person twice, they send you through an endless maze of idiots, who could care less, and won't even give you their last name. They made me send a fax 3 time to 3 different people with my checking account info. On it, with no phone call back, and when you call back, noone knows the person you talked to before. I am not a person who complains, but i have had it with the lack of customer service, and indifference all these a-holes that are spending my money have been giving me!!! What can be done about this!!!
