I have had my current phone number for approximately a year and one half&I am constantly getting calls that appear on my caller ID as "Unknown Caller" with an 800 number. The last few times the number has been 800-303-1995 that appears on the caller ID.
The call is automated asking to speak to so and so (people I have never heard of). Lately the automated system has given the option of talking to a live person if the phone number is incorrect.
I have pursued this option and they have told me they would remove my telephone# from the company records.
Naturally their word is garbage. The calls keep coming, each time asking for a different person again, that have no affiliation with me.
It is an annoyance that I don't particullarly relish.
I realize there are individuals that have much bigger issues with this seemingly unethical, and obviously disorganized, careless company. Good luck to you.
They are oblivious to consumer complaint and apparently very sloppy in their record keeping not to mention just plain rude.
